Tube Forming Technologies

In 1988, we designed and built our first proprietary ram tube end forming machine to help our customers fulfill a need. Shortly after that, we began to offer a full line of standard ram tube end forming and rotary tube end finishing machines. Today, our standard line of equipment has expanded to include rotary decoating and press/crimping machines. We have equipment in 22 countries.

Our standard line of equipment is constantly evolving as we discover ways to decrease cycle rates, improve efficiency, and boost productivity. Our machines are built entirely in-house and nearly all of our models are available for immediate shipping.

We serve many industries, including but not limited to Aerospace, Appliance, Automotive, General Industry, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), Medical / Pharmaceutical, and Off Road Hydraulics.

CE Compliant End Formers

We are excited to share that our standard line of tube fabricating equipment conforms with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA). This allows us to sell our end formers freely in any part of the European Economic Area, including the European Union, the European Free Trade Association, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.

Custom End Formers and Benders

Although we have a line of standard end forming machines, we also provide custom built solutions for our customers such as dual end formers, vertical ram end formers with custom lock-up requirements, and inline transfer machines. Additionally, we manufacture dedicated tube bending machines for 1.5” (38”mm) diameter tubes and below. These machines are built to accommodate specific high-volume part requirements.

Service and Support

After your equipment is delivered and installed, we offer product support, training, maintenance, and repair services worldwide. Our team of service technicians provides preventive maintenance, troubleshooting assistance, general maintenance, and training on our equipment. We also have the ability to provide support on our products via remote access.
