Wauseon Machine’s 30,000 sq. ft. custom machining milling department features more than 45 machining centers including vertical, horizontal, and 5-axis. We have the equipment and talent to mill the most intricate and challenging parts from a variety of materials. We have Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC) and Through-Tool Air Blast (TAB) capabilities.
The CNC vertical milling capabilities in our volume machining facility have a maximum travel of X=120” Y=32” Z=30” while the CNC horizontal mills travel up to X=22” Y=24” Z=25”. These machines are also equipped with pallet changers and 4th axis rotary fixtures.
