Wauseon Machine offers fast and accurate CNC turning services. Our lathe department combines state-of-the-art CNC lathes and proven technology, positioning us to best serve our customers’ needs. Our experienced machinists have the knowledge and training to program even the most complex turning operations, resulting in highly precise parts.
Many of our lathes are conveniently equipped with live tooling, enabling us to perform both milling and tapping operations, and we also have sub spindle capable 5-axis lathes with parts catchers.
Our CNC production facility is equipped with over 30 lathes, and the following core turning capabilities:
