Wauseon Machine & Manufacturing was founded in 1983 on the basis that by providing service and quality to our customers we will prevail in the industry.  We are now a company of approximately 150 employees, the majority of which are highly skilled tradesmen and technical people.  We have a full engineering staff including mechanical as well as electrical design personnel.
