     Machine, heat treat, finish grind, & tryout

     Include but are not limited to: 

• Alloy tool steels
• Powdered metals
• Carbide

     We have the capability to heat treat in house.

3. Coatings

     Include but are not limited to: 

• TiCN (Titanium Carbon Nitride)
• TiN (Titanium Nitraide)
• Arvin TD coat
• Armaloy XADC
• Black Oxide
• Carbinite

     Coatings will improve tool life, improve material flow, etc.
