A.              Tool Positioning and Tool Closing

1.                The Model 2102 Endfinisher allows for independent adjustment of Tool Positioning and Tool Closing.

a.                This provides the ability to fine adjust the location of the tools on the part without effecting the diameter of the part or fine adjust the diameter of the part without effecting the location of the tools on the part.

B.              Clamping Force

1.                The clamp cylinder, tool position and tool close cylinders are hydraulic driven.

2.                The clamping cylinder supplies 5,000 lbs. of force.

C.              Tool Close Force

1.                The tool close cylinder will deliver 4,000 lbs. on a 10 degree taper.

D.              Cycle Rate

1.                The cycle rates will vary with the type of operation and material.

2.                Typical cycle rates range from 4 seconds to 15 seconds.  This time does not include load and unload times.

E.              Variable speed drive

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Lead Time

·With Purchase Order authorization and proper sample part and gage support from the customer during

the project, deliveries of all the above equipment can be complete within lead times indicated above.

Terms:

·        30% with purchase order.

·        60% upon approval at Wauseon Machine's plant, prior to shipment.

·        10% Net 30 from delivery.

·        Wauseon Machine offers and suggests approval to be made by the customer’s personnel at our facility at the time of shipment.  If so instructed by the buyer, Wauseon Machine will ship equipment or goods without a buy off at our facility.  However, the buyer will then assume the burden for costs associated with any  field service necessary that may have been performed prior to shipment had proper approval procedures been followed.

·        Upon completion of this order, the customer will be notified of Wauseon Machine's readiness for approval.  If the buyer cannot approve the equipment or goods in a timely fashion (within two weeks), Wauseon Machine reserves the right to bill in full all charges associated with the subject purchase and the purchaser agrees to pay those charges as if the equipment had been shipped.  At Wauseon Machine's discretion, additional charges may be billed to the purchaser for storage.

·        Issuance of a purchase order or any other form of authorization to perform work as outlined in accompanying quote constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing, Inc.  Acceptance of equipment or goods for each of the machines or items quoted constitutes approval of the design and bill of materials used in the machine and its fitness for use.  The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wauseon Machine and Mfg., Inc., for any and all damage, losses and/or injury directly or indirectly caused by a failure of or use or misuse of the services, item or machine provided by Wauseon Machine and Mfg., Inc.  This exclusive offer for sale is for machinery and/or tooling only and does not include the rights to the design or technology associated with fulfillment of this order.  This does not relieve Wauseon Machine and Mfg., Inc., of the responsibility for faulty workmanship.  The accompanying quote and these terms are the exclusive offer for sale and are not subject to waiver, amendment, or change except by a specific waiver written and signed by the officers of Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing, Inc.

·        This quote is good for 30 days from the above date.

Start-Up:

         * Technical Service Rate

North America is $90.00 per hour per person (in plant), with travel at $70.00
                                            per hour per person including travel and waiting time, plus all expenses.

         * General Service Rate

North America is $85.00 per hour per person (in plant), with travel at $70.00
                                            per hour per person including travel and waiting time, plus all expenses.

      * International Service Rate is $ 100.00 per hour per person, including travel and waiting time, plus expenses and requires a two man minimum.

Cancellation:

·        Upon cancellation, charges in the amount of $70.00 per hour for work performed up to time of cancellation plus material related costs will be billed to purchaser.

Shipping:

·        All machines and items are quoted FOB Wauseon Machine, either Wauseon, Ohio or Kendallville, Indiana.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges and any crating charges that may be incurred.
